Everything negative on here is so true. Be very wary of moving in here. If you see something positive on here it is the office writing it. I have actually been in the office and seen them on this website... Gee - I wonder what they were doing' And conveniently there was a good comment about this complex the next day. These aparments leak. They are full of mold/mldew. Management is a joke. Yeah so Christine lives here... Big deal she doesnt do anything. I've seen her and the complex manager out during office hours and I'm sure it wasn't for "business purposes." If you call the office you will never get ahold of either of them. You get told they aren't in only to go up there yourslef and see them in the office. Someone needs to call the corporate office on this community. It is the worst managed and run complex I have ever lived in and know of (i have friends that worl in apartments and they said that it is a joke the way things are ran out here) These place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Some one needs to call the newsstations and have them come investigate everything that is going on out here. The compactor area is awful! It stinks so bad! there are rats everywhere out here. the response to that one posting is so true there are thousands of rats out here... You need to be careful they may eat you! Run away - BeWARE Run far far away!!! the park at vinnings SUCKS!!!!!! (Well Maybe they do - that would be one thing that they were good at)
