I moved here in October from a house that I owned and lived in for over 6 years. I was skeptical about moving into an apartment because of noise and all the other issues that typically come with apartment life. Boy was I surprised! It is so quiet and peaceful here. I frequently sleep with the windows open. The entire staff is really nice and helpful. The amenities are great and the new dog park is a nice addition. The gym isn't fabulous, but it is free and all the machines work everytime I have been there. A couple times a year, the staff passes out breakfast as you are going out the gate in the morning. The activities staff plans cool stuff to do like trivia night, movie night, pancake breakfasts, and holiday potlucks. I hear the tennis courts are nice, but I don't use them.

We recently had a gas line leak and we were unable to enter the complex because of the location of the leak. All the residents had to park on the side of the road and walk through the tennis courts to get in to the complex. Once we got inside, the staff was nice enough to give us a lift in the golf cart. The staff handled the incident so well, it was barely an inconvenience.

I don't think you can find a better place for the money in this area.
