I have lived here for 2 years and have loved it here. I fully intended on renewing my lease for another year but at 9:00 at night a couple weeks ago I recieved a Non-Renewal of my lease letter from Management. Imagine my shock since I have always paid my rent and have been clean and quiet. I called management to see if they would tell me why and the only thing they said was , " We don't have to tell you why" . I was shocked. Even as a courtesy to a good renter that's all I'm getting. Makes me wonder if they are wanting to go way up on the rent . So renters.... beware. It doesn't matter how good a resident you are...they will kick you out with no reason and no warning.

Nobody gets kicked out for no reason... they are in the business of making money off your rent. Even if they are "wanting to go way up on the rent" they would give you the chance to pay the increased amount. They would rather have you stay than have to pay to have your apartment cleaned and painted. I think there is more to the story than you are telling here...

I have heard the same thing. The complex is trying to catch up with some of the higher priced complexes in the area.

Funny then how the rent hasn't changed since my friend lived there in 2004. Hmmmm.

This place is actually cheaper that Slumridge at Vinings which is right around the corner. I'm about to move in and I've checked other properties in the area. This place is far and away the best deal for the money at the moment.
