Me and my husband moved in last October and we love it here! I was very nervous at first because we were moving from another apartment complex that was basically crap. We recently had a leak in the apartment from a clogged A/C unit and water was everywhere! I went up to the office to report it and the maintenance person beat me back to my apartment. Within a 3 hour span the leak was fixed, the carpet padding was removed, and the water was removed from the carpet. The next day new padding was installed, our carpet was steam cleaned, and we have not had another problem with it. We had a water leak at our last apartment and it took us forever to get anyone out to help us and they never even checked the padding to see if it should be removed. This leak was not as bad as our last one and the complex acted like it was not even an option to leave the padding after it had gotten wet. I am so happy with the way this complex jumped right on the problem and fixed everything. The office even apologized for the amount of time it took them to take care of it. That is crazy because they showed right up and didn't leave until it was completely fixed. We have had other requests and have never waited more than a couple of hours for even the smallest request. I am beyond pleased living here and we are renewing our lease for another year.

I have not heard anything about anyone getting kicked out for no reason like another post is talking about. We got our renewal letter with a small increase of $15/month, so it doesn't seem like they are trying to raise rent too high.

As for the gate arm, they replaced the wood arm with a harder material and it is rarely broken now. I feel very safe here!
