Park at Vinings loves getting people in the door, after that you are a nobody. Having living there for over two years I am happy to be leaving. The maintenace comes when they want and have silly excuses why that cannot do their work. "Oh I heard your dog" MY DOG IS LOCKED UP!!! (for the third time) GROW UP!!! And after finsihing the work it is half done or sloppy. Where are they hiring these people' Oh and don't let anyone complain about you or your pet cause that is the end of you. It is their word against yours. And the complainee wins. Goodbye. Did they think that are the only apartment complex in Smyrna, not by far. I will pay may hard earned money somewhere else.

I live in a complex by historic vinings. One time, my cat got locked in a neighbor's apartment for three days w/o food, water or litter. Long story - but basically, the complex was certainly on the neighbor's side, even though there was some major fault on the neighbor's side and theirs as well. However, we worked it out and we didn't let it get to us. Some people can't stand animals and if we pet-lovers are going to share such tight quarters with our neighbors, we should understand that sometimes people are afraid, allergic or aggravated by our "babies" and we need to respect that. I'm sorry you got a hard time about your dog, but it sounds like you're just dealing with normal pet-neighbor stuff. Happens in nice neighborhoods too, my friend. You won't escape this issue in any complex.
