I've been here only a month and this is my first apt in Atlanta. I'm moving from NC and I am happy with what seems to be a very affordable price for the amount of space and also the convenience of this area. Everything is literally 10-15 minutes away. I have friends in Alpharetta as well as Buckhead and it takes me about 15 minutes to get to either direction because both 75 and 285 is literally 2 minutes from my doorstep. But I don't have to get on the highway to find most things because the Cumberland Mall is around the corner, also there is a Marshalls, Target, TJMaxx, Best Buy, World Market, Walmart, all within 10 minute drive. Also, I think the grounds are beautiful. I looked at some Post apts around here which were an easy $100 more and half the space. And some other places just looked shabby compared to this complex.

I don't hear anyone or anything. Maybe it's my location, because I'm on the top floor the opposite end of the fitness center so I never hear the train or neighbors. I dont even really see that many people either, in the past month I've come across about 3 of my neighbors who seem pretty nice. I've spotted people walking their dogs or jogging but overall I feel like it's kinda tucked away and very private even though it's so close to everything. There's plenty of parking, that's never a problem.

I have seen some bugs around, spiders and 2 roaches (!) but i called the pest control right away and haven't seen anything in 2 weeks. That's not a big deal to me though because I realize there will be bugs if there are a lot of trees. The roaches are a concern but I'm going to make sure I request they come once a month as preventative measures.

I'm very satisfied with the staff and maintenance guys. When I looked at the apt there was a problem with the oven and they actually replaced it and gave me a brand new one which required that they had to cut the countertop to fit it in. That was all done the first week I was there while I was at work. Anyway, I have a beautiful new stove. There are a few other extras that I like as well, they just started trash service where they pick our trash up 5 days a week we just have to put the trash in special containers they provided outside of our door and it gets picked up. I've seen signs of all the special things going on like $5 pizza, or women salsa night or hip hop classes for the kids, stuff like that. I've never actually done any of that stuff but it does add to an overall sense of community which is nice.
