I've been a resident here for 6 months and have never been happier. Everything was in working order when I moved in & the maintenance staff met me at the apartment to go over everything with me to make sure it was alright before I moved in. I've been continually impressed with the office staff. There was an emergency with my ice maker leaking into the apartment below me the first month. Not only were they prompt in coming out to take care of it, they called me before entering my unit to let me know, & sent a manager out to watch my dog until I could get there. Just last month I received a call from the office saying that someone had found a dog similar to mine running free on the property. They asked my permission to go by my unit to see if my baby was safe & called me back to let me know that she was. When does this ever happen' They genuinely care about their residents. When they did seasonal inspections of the units to change the air filters they gave plenty of advance notice & left little backs of cookies at our doors to let us know they'd been by. So many activities planned that it's easy to get involved & meet your neighbors if you want.

All of the residents here are very happy. In truth, the buildings are a bit old, but the inside has been maintained very well & many units have upgrades to light, sink, & cabinet fixtures from former residents. There are some units that face wooded areas & can't be seen from the front of the buildings & those units do tend to be broken into once in a while. However, the management has been very quick to respond, allowed tenants to either break their lease or move to another unit, installed new security lights, & cut back some shrubs to keep people from being able to hide behind them. I don't know what more they can do on that front. I would suggest that anyone looking at those units because they're cheaper seriously consider getting an alarm system & really getting to know their neighbors.

All of the amenaties are clean & in working order. The ground maintenance has also impressed me. One of my neighbors hired movers when she was ready to move out & they emptied her litter box behind a bush to the side of the building. It wasn't visible from the sidewalk & no one called it in, but the grounds keepers came out & took care of it within 24 hours. They walk this propery nearly every day (I see them when I leave for work or come home) to see what needs to be done & they actually do something about it.

I highly recommend this complex. I've lived in others in the Vinings area & can honestly say this complex gives you the most for your money.
