Lived at this property several years ago, back when it was owned by Post Properties. Back then it was THE place to live. Excellent maintenance, landscaping, and a very professional and friendly staff. I was away in the army for 10 years before I came back to Ga. I needed a place to stay temporarily until my house sold. I remembered the Post property of old, so I already had in mind a good place to stay or so I thought. Took the wife to see the property and from the outer appearences she was impressed. We paid our deposits and moved in. That was about the extent of the honeymoon. After they had our money, we noticed a sharp drop in maintenance and customer service. Our bath tub ahd been painted to look like it had been recently resurfaced. Have you ever heard of anyone painting the inside of a bath tub' The stove was dirty, and there were these huge bugs all over the place. When we called to complain, the attendant was short with us and acted as though " if you don't like it then tough, deal with it". We signed a six month lease Thank God!!! A few days ago we got a letter letting us know that our current lease would be ending in October 2006. They asked if we would be staying, and of course let us know about the rent increase if we did. I don't think I have to tell you what our answer was. "Hell No!!!"
Don't move here, you will be sorry.
