I have lived in these Apartments for almost 2 years now and am just waiting for a chance to leave. Earlier, when this property was managed by Post, I did not want to live anywhere else but now this place is scary as hell. Seems like the resident eligibility criteria has lightened and the property is letting anyone and everyone in now. The crowd is not good anymore, break-ins and thefts are on a high and the so called 'manned-security' is an eye wash. The staff is not helpful at all and also are most often cheating. They draft up contracts for longer periods even if you had requested for something else and if you are not careful, you could be signing up for something among all those pile of paper work. And then when you point it out later, they say, 'Sorry our policy does not allow that to be changed once you have signed it'.
