This is my first apartment experience so I don't really have anything to compare, but here is my good and bad:
Good: Great Location, Friendly Staff, Low Rent, the gates always work, the grounds are clean (it looks better in the summer- tho)and I feel pretty safe.
Bad: Bugs- there is this new species of bug that I have found on my bathroom counter, they are really small with no legs, and seem to get stronger when you spray them with Raid. Anybody know what that is' Security is a joke- if my visitor throws up a peace sign they will let them through the gate. I guess they don't want anybody to disturb them from watching TV or reading a book. Cell Phone- If you have Cingular you can forget your phone working as soon as you enter the complex. My ear hurts from my phone always trying to get a signal!! The airplanes going into Dobbins are pretty loud and scary at times. The breezeways are filled with bird poop and spider webs. Oh! And there was another species of bug in front of my door one day, I almost had a heartattack-it had horns...

Call the leasing office they will have someone spay for the bugs It works, I had him once and never saw bugs again. (Does not apply if you are a slob)
