Front gate security lets anyone in through the gate without any reason. They give free access to friends you do not want to see at 11pm or worst. Maintenance does not lock front doors when they "visit" your home. (I say "visit" because they dont "FIX" any of the tons of problems.) I was fooled with the fantabulous landscape, walking and jogging trails, pools, tennis courts and many other wonderful amenities but have now learned my lesson after actually living under such unprofessionally managed conditions in such a beutiful community. Even though they are highly respected in the demographical area, I DO NOT RECOMMEMD unless you want headaches each and every night.

I think you are wrong about the front gate. I moved in January and everytime someone comes to visit me they call me and ask me to if they can come in. Also, I just forgot my card to open the gate and my remote and they asked for identification and what apartment I lived in to make sure I lived in the complex. The front gate is very responsible and yes we have been here a little more than a month but our apartment is clean and big. We have had two maintenance issues which one was the garbage disposal and the man came that day. We also had trouble with our locks and he came to replace them. I cannot complain one bit. Plenty of parking. The Maintenance man did lock my door when he left. The office handles everything professionally and yes it would be nice if they were open later but not really any apartment office is open late. I think you are just a complainer and you have OCD or some mental condition if you don't like living here. Everything you stated was wrong and I am here to make it right to let people know that it is not UNSAFE AND NOT TO BEWARE! The front gate people made my parents ask who they were visiting give the address and then the front gate called me to see if they could come in and this was on a weekend after 11 pm. Thanks!

True that. If they let your friends in at 11pm its because you wanted them there. the maintenance crew have come into my apt several times and they do lock the door thank you very much. GREAT PLACE GOOD PRICES
