I lived there for almost 1 year. The apartment looks very very nice and have lot of facilities to attract you(jogging trail, tennis court etc) but construction of apartments are very very poor no sound proofing at all because of which we had lots of conflict with people living above and below my floor.

Plus we had pest problem(cockroaches and spiders)
