I've lived here for 5 years. It's an okay place to live, but has started to go a bit downhill recently. More and more "unsavory" types are moving in. We've had lots of problems with inconsiderate, loud, and trashy (as in leaving trash everywhere) neighbors.

The grounds are nice, though. Love the walking trail. Wish the gym/athletic club were free. They have a free "fitness room" but the equipment is usually broken, and personal trainers have somehow taken it over so you can never use anything. It's usually overrun with kids, too.

I don't love the fact that neighborhood kids are able to just walk on property and use the pools whenever. I don't think anyone here cares.

The office staff has usually been helpful, though it's sometimes hard to reach a live person on the phone.

It's not a bad place, but things could be better.

There has been more trouble here then they will care to tell you! There is a major security issue. Twice in the past month the pools were closed due to vandalism. And now the TOPPER, SOMEONE WAS MURDERED AT THE POOL THE OTHER DAY!!! The leasing office sent out a notice saying there was a shooting on the property, but left out all of the facts! Before you move here or anywhere you can get a police incident report free from the local police station. I would think that they have a bunch of incidents here that only the police will tell you.
