I have only been here for 4 months and this is my first time living in an apartment. I have been very pleased with the maintenance and grounds keeping. I am not pleased with the number of light fixtures that are either out from blown bulbs or broken. The area that I live is very dark at night but there are a number of lights that could be fixted. Security is not good late in the afternoons and on weekends. I really like the layout of my apartment as well as my screened in porch.
If outside lighting were fixed, based on what I know so far, I'd reccommend these apartments to my own family.
