Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I have been living here for apprx. 3yrs. During this time the place has gone down tremendously. The cleanliness, staff professionalism and not to mention the character of tenants noe living. I feel like I am on a college campus. Nothing but college students playing loud music, hanging out all times of the night, the balconies are a mess with flags, junk, and etc.. When I first moved here it seemed like a nice stable place for me and my child while I saved for a house. I will be moving out in March and would not recommend any sensible person staying here unless it is for a very short time. It is ok for college students but not a family.
I would also recommend anyone moving in to get the local police report due to the number of car break ins, murders, and the crime they don't tell you about.
