As a resident for the past 3 years there has been changes (Many Good some not as good), and overall this is a good community to live in. It's safe, offers tons of activities and things to do and management has always been responsive when I had an issue. As I look at the reviews of other places its hard to keep in perspective a few things. 1. This place is HUGE, there are over 1,700 units here, look at some of the complexes that have a fraction of this number of units with many more complaints. 2. When you rent, you can always have "bad next door neighbors" that can make life difficult, I have been very lucky to be surrounded by young professionals like myself. Lastly, when ever you are selecting a place to move into, do your homework, look at the costs, the locations, read the reviews good and bad, then make an educated informed decision.
