The grounds and ameneties are great. Parking is good. Maintenance is good. The office staff is friendly. However, the utilities are crazy. The high gas bills along with the crazy water/sewage bills are almost laughable. In a one bedroom 680 sqft apt, my water bill averages $40 a month. Totally rediculous for a single person with no washer and dryer who never uses the diswasher and rarely cooks. The gas bill averages $70 a month which is crazy, especially if only your hot water is suppose to affect the gas.
When trying to get questions about utilities answered from the leasing office...you are told that you have to contact the company directly. They aparently have nothing to do with the billing because the contracted with someone else to take care of it. And you are forced to use Charter if you want cable...prices...crazy!!!

I have a washer/dryer and a two bedroom. I was frequently and my water bill averages $25 and gas $33. In the secret closet with the water heater, bust the lock open with a screwdriver (pretty easy) and lower the dial on the water heater to a lower setting. You will still get a hot shower and the gas bill will drop dramatically! Also turn it to vacation when you go out of town. Otherwise it is constantly using gas when you are not there.
