I'm 21 and this was my first apartment. I used ProMove to find the complex, and was very happy with what I saw. I did, however, encounter some reservations when talking to a leasing agent. I felt that he was less than truthful, not to the point of blatant lies, but he cloaked some information concerning our security deposit that I was shocked to find out would be more than I had gleaned from our conversations with him.
Nevertheless, my roommate and I decided to go through with it and were very happy with it the year that we lived there. I will say that the noise from the apartment above us was quite irritating - they had loud dogs and children and the dog would wake me up barking every morning.
Other than that, it was very safe, the maintenance department always came when needed, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the landscaping and the jogging trail, and the business center and fitness center are nice amenities.
GREAT location, very convenient for any errand you may have to run.
I would recommend it for a couple with no children.
