We recently rented an apartment and were shocked to find the apartments new carpet was soaked in water from a cloaked AC pipe. Please see some of the pics below which shows dirty cabinet, leakage, rotten wooden strips, broken dishwasher and broken vanity.

I don't know what you're talking about. Our apartment is wonderful. We've had nothing but good things to say about this place and it continues to be that way. Our neighbors are a little loud but hey, it's an apartment. If you had this bad experience here, it must have been a mistake and I'm sure if you had said something to the leasing office, they would have taken care of you. By the way, your pictures do not show.

the first response is obviously someone from the leasing office...which as a resident of 3 years should mention, is full of absolute incompetent morons.
