I have been living here for almost a year. I had underwear and nightwear stolen , while washing clothes. I recently have had money stolen from my apartment while I was out to town. This is my second lease,and I am completely sadden by the outcome. I made several police reports reporting these issues and for every issue nothing was resolved.. BEWARE... I AM TRYING TO BREAK MY LEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OmG! Me too!!! I moving out now - thank God I didn't renew my lease. I have had chairs moved, someone peeing in my closet, the door left open, and the lights turned off when I KNOW the door was locked and the lights were turned off. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! If you are a single woman BEWARE!!!!!

I have had the same issue with the laundry facility. At first I thought I had just left some things out of the wash...but it happened a second and a third time. I have also had jewelry taken. Wow....

Holy crap, my husband and I thought we were the only ones. We had 2 metal mixing bowls missing from our cabinet when some repair painting was done. Also 2 knives. Then, after we reported it, one of the knives just mysteriously showed up placed on the stovetop when I returned from work one day. Of course the office couldn't explain it. DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!!! I CAN NOT URGE PEOPLE ENOUGH. Our lease is finally up in 30 days & we're finally getting the heck out! Buying a home, the mortgage is the same price as the rent at this lousy place.

Yes my underwear were stolen from the washer AND someone came into my apartment and tore my kitchen drawer. They also forced themselves in because the door is hard to open and close now.

OMG !!!!i THOUGHT i WAS ALONE !!!!! I just broke the lease, COULD NOT STAY HERE ONE MORE DAY !!!! I had this neighbor with a recording studio, playing til 3 , 4 in the morning, I would call the front gate and nothing was done !!!!!! I even called the police several times and the officer himself told me to MOVE !!!!! I was here only 8 months and it was hell !!!!! I was fooled by the beauty of the place. Now I heard that other neighbors are moving out too for the same reason "The Recording Studio Guy " Do not rent apartment 2057 B at the Hills..BE AWARE !!!!!
