The leasing agent, and property manager dragged me through the mud after paying over $100 for the "application fee", I provided everything they asked for 10 days, which had gone by since I viewed the apt., still no signing of lease!!!
Everytime, I provide the information they ask, they would come up with something else,... a credit issue, etc. or something to drag the process along to the point where I lost interest in even moving to this location.
When there is a problem upfront, there's always a problem in the end.
I lost $100 bucks, my time, emailing, faxing pay stubs, calling my work to get them (involved) to verify everything the asked for and the results are "0".
If you don't have the time or money to pay, and don't want to waste your time. I would suggest choose a different bldg.
These people are either racist, or just want to collect Admin fees all week. I never saw an adverse group of people working in their office.

Thanks for taking the time to warn others about this place, especially since you've chosen to not even move there. Since my husband and I got completely raked over financially by this place during the 3 1/2 years we lived there, I have decided to make it my life mission to destroy this place. Your closing comments about them collecting "Admin fees" is RIGHT ON! This place will find every possible angle to somehow legally draw monies from it's tenants. I've lived in a lot of places and have NEVER experienced anything like it. When we moved out they had the audacity to send us a bill for over $900 in fees for your typical apartment wear & tear stuff. I've purchased a beautiful brand new home now & so just simply have refused to pay them. Good for you - you'll be much happier ANYWHERE else!
