I have been here since August of 2008. I am pretty pleased with most things that go on here. I think the management company really cares and takes time out to send us the JPI Surveys and the such. I have had a few maintenance issues and while it takes some button pushing to get things done, everything is usually resolved fairly. The review I read a minute ago was true "had problems with the majority of my appliances and they acted like it these problems were MY FAULT" -- they do act like things are your fault that clearly are not. I have no issues with the leasing office or resident services. The property manager (Sue) is great. I had some issues and she really went to bat for me with the management company.

Honey, 1) you haven't been there long enough to experience the full effects of just how bad this place is; 2) the surveys are a gimmick & they've been doing them for years, if you live there for any "reasonable" length of time, not 6 months, you'll see they do NOTHING at all with the requests for improvement submitted. The survey is simply a means for them to "look good" on the outside. I've lived in a lot of apartments in this town and that place after 3 years showed my husband and I that they really "take the cake" in the poorest place to live, especially for the rent they charge. But hey, if you like it... that's your prerogative. Just don't mislead others, it's not right.
