I just saw the new rent increases. They are $725 for 1 bedroom/650 sf; $765 for 1 bedroom/876 sf; $830 for the 1015 sf Windsor (two bedroom/1bath); $890 for 2/2 1,194 sf; $890 for 1,194 sf; $915-$1051 FOR the 1,182 sf 2/2; $1000-$1136 for the 1302 sf; and $945 for the 1,224 sf.

I life in the Windsor now and pay $745. I'm supposed to pay $830 for the same apartment' The one with silverfish, worn carpet and vinyl floor that never gets clean. I didn't even know about the crimes in the parking lot until I read them here. Amli management used to tell us about everything. Here -- nothing! My lease is up soon and I'm buying a house, even if I have to move into my car.

MISLEADING , RUDE , UGLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. LOTS OF HIDDEN AND ILLOGICAL COST.... HONESTLY THEY'LL CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING... HARDLY ONE MONTH OF STAY... AND I AM MOVING OUT!!!!!! .. PLEASE DONT EVEN THINK OF STAYIN HERE
