I visted Vinings Corner today to look at renting an apartment there. It seems really nice and well kept considering it is 24 years old. They are making a lot of upgrades to the place (new pavement, a new MUCH bigger work-out room and the trees they cut down were to make the pool area better). For a fee of a $25 or so dollars more a month you can have your refridgerator/oven/dishwasher/counter tops/cabinets/fixtures/door knobs, etc upgraded. It seems they are trying to "update" they place. All of their model units I viewed looked like they were pretty much brand new (2years-ish) Anne, the manager seemed very nice as we toured. However, in the model home there was a roach turned belly up on the bathroom floor. She tried to scoop it up with a piece of paper to flush it, but it was still alive and started to wiggle around so she just left it there! uhhhhh...It was however on the ground floor so maybe you should try to get an upper level unit'''
