I have never been this dissatisfied in a rental. I moved to Vinings looking for a little luxury. What I found were roaches as big as a small but well-fed dog, a leaky air-conditioner(over and over), a security gate that was open sun up to sun down, and the stench of smoke that permeated all of my belongings.
I complained to management to no avail. I broke my lease 5 months early and had to incur moving expenses.
When people would come to visit, they thought I smoked.
I read other people's reviews before I moved in but I was optimistic and thought maybe they were just exaggerating. No such luck. Please heed this warning....keep on looking! Don't be fooled by the leasing agent's fake interest in your children or the deceiving model you'll be shown....just don't stop.
