Beware with the way they play the game. They will show you all the nice things, the amenities, etc..etc. But when we moved in, we got broken kitchen cabinets and dishwasher. Ask them to fix them. The cabinet was never been fixed until we moved out and it took more than a month and several trips to leasing office to get the dishwasher fixed. And of course I had to do the dishes manually which I think it was retarded, especially if you work and have 2 children.
When we moved out, we cleaned everything, even rented a steam cleaner for the carpet. But guess what' I think it is not good enough. They still charged me quite a lot of money for damages that they never itimized. Just damage. When I called for further explanation, the staff said it was for the broken cabinet and the carpet. HELLO!!!! When I pointed out that the broken cabinet, he started talking about something else. He even didn't have any proof for it. He just said..."I think" or "I guess". About the carpet, when I asked him why I was charged for it. He just said that there was a big red stain but he couldn't tell me where the stain was. At the end of the conversation, I just asked an itimized bill and proof for the damages or at least job order to fix the damages, which I never received.
1 month later, I got a call from a collection agency for the money I owed to Vinings Corner.
Moral of the story, before you move out and hand them your keys, make sure that they are filling the moving-out checklist form for your own future security. Or maybe you can take some pictures or videos for documentations.

THEY CHARGE ME ------- 80$$$$ JUST TO PICK UP A TRASH CAN FROM APT WHEN I MOVED OUT... ALSO THEY CHARGED ME .. 80$$$ SAYING "BASE RENT " COZ I PUT THE KEYS IN DROP BOX WHEN I MOVED OUT AND THEY DINT CHECKED IT FOR THREE DAYS AND BLAMED ME THAT I AM THE ONE HAVING THE KEYS AND RETURNED IT LATE!!!!. AND ALL THE HIDDEN COST AND CRAP.... A/C doesn't work from first day and when i complained they said .. THERE IS NTHING WRONG VTH ----IN A/C JUST NEEVR TURN IT OFF!!!! THEN ONLY YOU'LL FEEL THE A/C ON THIRD DAY!!!! .. STAFF.. WHT TO SAY ABOUT THAT.. MOST RUDE AND MISLEADING STAFF!!!! BUNCH OF JERKS!!! Please dont EVEN THINK OF STAYING HERE.. ITS HARDLY BEEN ONE MONTH AND I AM MOVING OUT!!!!
