I love my neighbors. I've had a couple of items that I needed the management to fix and Valley showed up that day and repaired them. It surprised me. They do a great job and are very thorough. I have a couple more things for them to look at (which I reported yesterday) but thus far, they've responded very positively to my questions and taken me seriously.

It's still very quiet. The neighbors are polite. Good, respectful community.

I have a one bedroom with a study and my bills are approximately $200/month.. that's water, heat, power and a joint cable/internet bill.

Keep it up, you guys! I look forward to relaxing in my apartment and having people over.
