I've lived here a number of years. First of all, they have animals living in the attic spaces that they won't or can't get rid of. There are roaches EVERYWHERE. They are unresponsive to requests for maintenance, the appliances are, like, 100 years old. The fireplaces don't work, they don't have the carpets scotch garded so you will DEFINITELY be paying for carpet cleaning. Oh, and when you move out, no matter HOW clean you got your old apartment, they will charge you at least $500.00 for cleaning (carpets included). No one I know of has ever gotten back a deposit from this place. There is exceptionally poor lighting and a crime problem and the managers don't care. I lived here for years and payed rent on time every month and then when I got laid off and had to be 2 weeks late paying rent they filed an eviction and charged me over $300.00 in late fees on top of the rediculous rent. They would NOT work with me. These people care only about their bottom line so much so that you will live in squaller and god forbid you need anything from them.

When I moved out two months ago I wasn't charged anything and I have two dogs. Never had a problem with Vinings Corner.

I had 5 friends over the last few years - neighbors - move out and ALL of them were charged anywhere from $300 to $500 to move out. When you say you weren't charged, does that mean that they just took your deposit? Because that IS charging you.

I moved out in April after living there for two years and I received all my deposit back. I didnt have to pay a cleaning fee and I absolutely loved my time there and would move back tomorrow if I could. I will agree that I had an issue with squirrels in the attic but they were very responsive to take care of the issue. All maintenance was handled quickly. Jesse is amazing. I felt that management was very cordial and they worked with me when I needed to move a month before my lease was up and did not penalize me at all. I never had an issue with roaches and my building was extremely quiet.

I have lived here for the past 6 plus years, in 3 different units -2 of their largest 2B/2B apartments and finally a 1B - 2 of them had a fireplace, both worked fine and never in 6 years have had any bugs - IN ALL 3 Places! I agree with Fcoons above - very quiet complex.
