Very well put together community...well kept. The outside is better kept than the inside...just as many bugs. Bug control is very difficult for them to manage and maintain. They spray and leave globs of stuff around, but the bugs just eat it up like a snack.

BIG NO NO! French glass doors as main doors are a bit unsafe for the area...they don't seem to care...and you only get one lock and you better not add another one either.

Don't expect your deposit back!
Don't ever have a late payment, the marshall slip will be on your door day 6...for everyone to see! Practice good charachter and pay on day 1, no problem.

They respond to fixes really quick, they just don't fix stuff too good. They plaster but don't paint, the towel racks never stay, and that tired wook look linoleum is so played out, it goes with nothing...and rips easy.

If you didn't move in with a new carpet...plan to pay for it, above and beyond your deposit, they will use that for something else.

I live in another one of their complexes for the third time...and still, I anticipate paying for everything and just living as expected in an apartment...like a tenant and not a owner. Renting is supposed to be temporary, not a life long endeavor!

So keep it real, if you rent you are subject to being under authorities with rules that may rub you the wrong way, but this is a community that requires you follow the general consensus not your own... so find a way to buy your own home and learn management techniques from Walton Communities Management about keeping a safe, clean and functional environment. They do that well, at least.

Compare this to other communities and you won't get very far...Walton Communities are good...just look for the good parts of the living opportunity, and have a great experience.
