I lived here for the past year now, and am counting the days till my lease is up! It is a nice sorounding by the looks are decieving, on the weekend all you have are childern screaming in your windows all day! The kids here run around like crazy there no supervision at all. Their loud, noisy, and have no respect for any resident. Even though I do feel it is safe now, I do not feel the people they are letting move in are. Within the last years the people they are letting move in are completely SECTION 8, AND GHETTO, LIKE STRAIGHT OUT OF THE PROJECTS! The people they are starting to let move in. probably out of desperation because no one else is moving in are completly bringing whatever property value they do have down! It horrible to see this nice place go down, with there new renters. Make no mistake, don't move here unless you have at least 2 kids that you do not have a problem letting run wild, all around the the apartments, with mini thugs, and you dont have a problem with living next to section 8 people! This place is set, to be the project soon, BEWARE! This no place for working professional, or people with class!

Thanks for the warning, as I've been looking for a new apartment in the area(I'm currently at (horrendous)Stoneridge) I work hard all week and do not want to hear excessive noise in the evenings and weekends. I completely understand some noise from (supervised or polite) children, and I even understand that a neighbor may have a party occassionally (not multiple nights during the week or every weekend). I should never hear music from other buildings. Why don't property maangers understand this? In the long run, non-enforcement of community noise rules results in these properties losing stable working class residents. Children looking into or yelling into my windows?...I would probably end up in jail after tracking down the parents. I work too hard to not have some peace and quiet at home.
I won't even bother visiting this complex (noise issues never show themselves until AFTER a lease is signed).
Thanks!!!

As the property manager at Walton Grove, I would like to address the concerns that others may find disconcerting regarding our community. At Walton Communities, we take great pride in our communities, and we have covenants and policies in place that we expect all parents and children to follow. The management team supports the community covenants with all residents. Walton Grove has a very pro-active courtesy officer who is available to residents through the on-call service after office hours should they see issues arise on the community. The staff's dedication to holding residents accountable to these covenants keeps the community nice for all to enjoy. Whenever we're aware of a problem we pro-actively address it with those involved. We are always available during office hours to discuss any concerns that our residents may have and look forward to working together toward a solution. Donna Cutbirth, Property Manager 770.435.9041
