I have lived here for the past two years and I will definitely give you the facts, since this site is where most of us come to see what potential problems we may encounter if we lease at this particular apartment community. The children do have their moments where they can be "rowdy," but they are kids and they have lots of energy that they need to get rid of. We were kids at one point so we should understand. Now, they are respectful though and inside their homes at a decent time of the day so that they may focus on their studies. It is a luxury to be a kid and they should embrace it now before life's responsibilities hit them as it has hit us. The management staff is so caring and attentive. I love them all because they would always treat my issues as if it were their own. Maintenance, they are pretty good about getting the issue resolved in an ample amount of time. Now, they are busy handling other issues, so if they do not get to you within the same day, you must realize that they handle the issues in the order in which they were received. But when it is my turn, they always exceed my expectations. I could go on and on, but each tenant has a different opinion with each of these apartment communities, but the only way you will really know what the community is like is for you to go ahead and rent with them and see for yourself. You know that there is always two sides to each story and most of these postings are from angry ex-tenants who may have just been going through a divorce or the office staff representative refused to date that person and they want to say something bad about the entire community. So, go with your instincts. You may be wondering "well, why are you moving'" I am moving because I wish to downsize and Walton Grove did not have anything available for me this year, but hey, there's always next year when it is time to renew another lease and it may just be with Walton Grove again when the time comes.
