Generally not a bad place. The community is kept in good condition as as is the small gym and swimming pool. Had a 1 bedroom apartment with lots of living space. Pretty good floorplan. Patio storage is great. Sound proofing could be better. Area surrounding the complex is somewhat shabby as are some of the tenants.
Staff is very good and helpful. Free Notary service.
