Nice community, excellent management

Nice looking complex with extremely courteous and efficient management. My apartment was spacious, bright, and conveniently laid out. However, the quality of construction is poor with cheap appliances, noisy plumbing, inadequate sound insulation, and a scary electrical system (lights would dim when I turned on a TV or stereo). The fitness center was very nice and the pool looked good although I never used it. Security was OK and convenient parking spaces were usually available.
