The property is in a crappy neighborhood and that sucks we should get a discount for all the things we have to put up with:

Bad Neighborhood masked with an entrance from S. Cobb Drive
Too High Rent
Noise
Roach and rat infested neighbors from neighboring apts complexes.
Bad on-site courtesy officer with bad manners
Management has changed three times in the past three years they have been open
It sucks for the most part
The apartments are cheaply built
and the refuse to change the carpets
