I have lived here since July 2003 and have NONE of the so called "crap" problems. Maybe they could be a little more specific' The management has not changed since I moved in and they have ALWAYS been very courteous and helpful to me. I have ABSOLUTELY NO noise problems. The apartment complex is a family oriented community - you know this coming in. I live in a top floor apt only neighboring one person and can NEVER hear them. If you live inbetween a group of families I don't doubt you would be able to hear them scamper. I have NEVER seen one bug other than an occasional spider in my apartment. Maybe if the others who are so unsatisfied didn't leave food, etc. out then it wouldn't be a problem. I, on the other hand, like to keep my apartment clean and therefore I LOVE the way my apartment looks and feels! The neighborhood is not that bad - there are a few shabby houses, but I have never had a problem with any other neightbors. The Publix right down the street is great, and it would be your own choice to patronize the less than perfect gas stations down the street. Also, one of the buildings is right up against 285 - what kind of noise level do you expect'' I chose a building farther away and it has been no problem at all. I would suggest that you have a look at these apartments yourself before taking the word of others. They were more than willing to let us view several apartments before we made our decision - not just the model. We were also allowed to hang around in the unit we were considering moving into to check out any imperfections. The 2bd/2ba that I am in is almost 1400 sqft and couldn't be more of a bargain!!! I suggest going to an apartment finder service (that is what we did) to get our fabulous find - Ignore the monthly rent prices on the website.
