I lived there for ess than a year - I had to break my lease because my upstairs neighbors refused to control their two small children and let them run, jump, and play all hours of the day and night. The constant thuds, bumps, and jarring noises were unbearable! Management was very un-helpful and refused to even ask the neighbors to keep the children quiet. The security gurad was nice and helpful and at least asked the lady to keep the children quiet at night when I was trying to sleep. I finally had to call the Walton Home Office who immediately offered to move me to another apartment...the caveat was that the move was at my complete expense. I finally ended up breaking the lease and moving out.
