The apartment my husband and I rented was a second floor two bedroom apartment. I worked from home, and noise was a huge problem. The neighbours would play loud music that I could hear inside my apartment and when I complaid to management I was told that as long as you do not hear the music in the breeseway it was fine, the reason you could hear it through the walls was because bass soundways traveled well. So management just said I have to live it. They charge pet deposit and pet rent but do not provide anywhere to throw out pet waste. Parking was usually OK but if someone had a party, then you would have to park all the way at the other side of the complex.
Overall, we thought the apartment was overpriced and the staff were friendly but not very helpful when you need them.
