I moved into Walton Vinings 4 months ago. We really like our apartment and the office staff is friendly, but I will not live here again. When moving in I was told that my utilities would come from one company that the complex has a contract with in order to make it cheaper. My electric bill for a 1300 sq ft apartment was over $200 dollars this month and we have not even run the AC or heat. When I asked the company about this they said that was what the meter read and they would not come and check it or anything, as well we can not change companies. The complex also has a contract with directv but they fail to tell you this until you are getting ready to set up your services. This contract does not benefit me with any savings and I believe that since they have a contract directv does not wory about customer service or anything else of that nature.
