I have resided at Wellington Point for six months and must say the place is not as bad as others make it seem. For the price versus size, you cannot beat it. It is an apartment community, not a house. I believe that a lot of the negative views expressed about Wellington Point are due to situations under the residents' control. I had several issues, upon move-in and all of them were handled in a timely fashion. I do not expect the office staff to be friendly... I just want them to post my rent check and fix my maintenance complaints. I am not there to make friends either. For the area, it is the best deal. They are fairly new and convenient to everything, sans city prices. My view may be a little biased because I moved here, after living in a loft downtown; which, by the way, was horrible. It took me a week to get used to the kids and unavalable parking, at times. However, it is better than having the train, and "Pookie" crackheads, ambulances, police cars waking you up at night, EVERY night.
