The place looks nice but looks can be decieving. Don?t believe the anonymous possitive comments they were obviously posted by members of the staff. This place is a nightmare! We have lived here for over a year and do not plan to renew our lease, having a lease means they own you and you have no rights here. We?ve had a multitude of maintanance problems that go unrepaired. Billing problems, evictions letters, false monthly past due notices, security problems, front gate always broken. Noise problems, staff and managements have poor attitudes, never helpful nor friendly, they missplace checks and blame tenents for not paying. The manager Miss Katherine Canino has the worse attitude of anyone (she?s childish and takes great pleasure in doing people disservices). She will try to charge you when something breaks or wears out and don?t be surprised to find bogus charges on everything. In short, don?t even bother to rent here or from the Lane Company altogether.
