I moved in to Wellington Point becasue of the reputation of the Lane Company. Of course after I moved in, all of the items that were promised to me did not exist and I did not get them in writing.
The rules are NOT enforced. In 12 months I have yet to see a courtesy officer who they claim is on call 24 hours. I was told I could not have a dog and yet there are pit bulls and bigger dogs throughout.
I like the apartment, the location and the pool, BUT the office staff is rude and has NO idea what the words customer service actually mean. In this day and age when everyone is giving a special it is sad that wellington point can rise above their competitors and provide the superior customer service they advertise as you drive in the community.
If you like noisy neighbors and a staff that doesn't care, this is the place for you
