They send out we love our residents flyers and a sign is even hanging in the office, BUT if you need a work order you better have a few weeks to spare to remind them to get it fixed. Crappy cars are everywhere and they never get towed. Speaking of everywhere, there are kids, unsupervised kids, everywhere. They are rude and unruly kids. There is no one there after hours to deal with noise complaints. The gates are always broken and the new people they have let in to fill the place up, are well just trash. This used to be a nice place to live but now it is the freakin' ghetto.
