Nice apartments, Poor Staff

I moved in to Wellington POint over two years ago. The leasing agent was great. Very friendly and helpful, until I moved in. Then I could never reach anyone on the phone. They messed up the gas bill (which she never mentioned I had to pay, I found out after THEY signed me up and I got a bill). It took calling the Lane Company coroprate office to resolve.
Maintenance Requests are the same....the guys are nice to talk to, but when they have to work in your apartment, you have to call three times to get the issue fixed properly. AGAIN, a call had to be placed to the corporate office.
Noise complaints are a HUGE issue here. For some reason there seems to be a large number of college students recently who play loud music ALL night. There is no help to the working class resident if these parties occur after the office closes. Sure, there is an answering service, but they cannot help. The noise will continue until YOU confront your neighbor. Report it to the office, they will tell your neighbor YOU complained....makes for great living conditions. Again, POOR service
They have all sorts of resident functions, but the staff in the office changes so frequently that quite frankly I do not want to spend my free time socializing with people who cannot perform their jobs.
The apartments are nice inside and the landsscping is well maintained.
The quality of resident has rapidly declined over the past 2 years as well as the quality of service from the office.
Ironically, there is a sign at the entrance to the apartments advertising an award for customer service....this was CLEARLY won by a staff at a diiferent location.
Basic customer service is not a priority here. If you need an apartment where service is NOT an issue, then this is the place for you.
I will NOT renew my lease this month
