I have lived here for two years and the property is going down hill. It is a gated community but that is it.

The upkeep of the grounds is lacking.

Alot of turnover in the rental office. You have to put in a work over a couple of times to get it right.

The type of people who are moving into the complex is less than desirable. Two years ago it use to be a higher class of people who had respect for their neighbors and I don't see that anymore. Loud music, folks hanging outside and children running around everywhere.

Don't get me wrong I know children have to play but when you have to go through 15 kids everyday to park your car and deal with fighting kids in the breezeway or teenagers hanging out all over the entrance steps to the apartment building that is not cool. See if you have moved here in the past year you wouldn't understand because it has been getting progressively worse since then but folks that have been here a couple of years definitely understand. I shouldn't have to sleep on my couch because my neighbors are so loud against my bedroom wall playing cards and yelling at 2 am on a Monday night that I can't even sleep in my bedroom.

Gate is broken more than it works.

The one positive thing about the property is the size of the apartments are bigger than most but that is it.

You could not have said it better. I moved in within the past month and wish that I had gone elsewhere!! The children are over-running the place. Playing basketball in the parking lot and hitting cars with the ball should not be tolerated. Children should be accompanied by parents while in parking lot and other common areas.

I was wondering does that complex has a playground, because I can't imagine children playing in the parking lot. I looking to relocate in Ga and need a apartment temporarily. and according to apartmentratings.com I have not found one that even indicates 5 star. Do they exist?
