I have lived at Wellington Point for four years now and I have seen several changes over the years. The type of people that were allowed to move in over the first three years were questionable. Catherine, the manager at the time, was very unresponsive but could throw a good party.
TC was cool, but she thought she knew the answer to everything and would never admit when she made a mistake. I have seen several office changes over the past year. Maintenance had changed alot over the first three years also. The current maintenance staff has been great and very helpful any time I have needed them. They now have another manager who seems to really be working hard to bring WP to a better level. He is hard to get in touch with but he commits his time to you when you do meet with him. He has been able to answer and respond to all of my problems and really tries to help as much as he can.
I would like to see more control over the unruly residents her but I have seen a noticable decline in the bad ones this year.
Management needs to get a full time security guard to help them when the office is closed.
I have a freind that is a police officer for this area and he recommends WP but agrees that some of the issues that WP has could be quickly resolved with a security company.
Overall, I would recommend Wellington Point as a safe, clean, and family freindly place to live.

Oh yeah, they need to get a person to pick up the grounds throughout the day instead of just in the morning.
