We have lived here at Wellington Point for 6 months and have been served eviction notices 4 times! We have never made a rent payment even a day late!!! All of the notices were served in a "clerical error" and not only were we never really apologized to, nothing was done to try and make up for the inconvenience they caused us. The attitudes of the people who work in the office are quite similar to those you find at the DMV. Bitter, bitter people. And their office hours are posted Monday thru thursday. Some way to run an office. Don't they realize we live there and have issues 7 days a week' If you are accostomed toliving in the ghetto, you'll feel right at home. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.
