Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
I've lived here at Wellington since 2000. I've always liked it, felt it had a great staff and good tenents and even wrote a good review in 2003.
This past year (2005) I've seen things really go down hill. I now feel like I live in low income housing. People in my building leave garbage bags outside their apartment, scream and yell in the halls, have loud parties (last week I called the main house at 2am to complain, she couldn't find security so I had to call the police). There are kids all over the place playing in the halls (why are there so many kids living in a complex that doesn't cater to kids').
The staff changes monthly, are usually very friendly but very inept.
It's sad to see what was a decent place go so far down hill. I'll be moving when my lease is up.
