I've lived in this community for over 2 years. I don't know about the other buildings but mine is quiet and clean. The only complaints I have are that people are always breaking the gate which concerns me, safety wise. The other is that the management recently changed and they don't seem as nice as the others, but maintenance is responsive. There used to be security but no more. I think the location is great as long as you don't go to the other side of 285 on S. Cobb Drive. The property is neat and well kept. I've never had a problem with neighbors, pets, or kids. Just be aware of the terrace level- lots of bugs and large spiders but I think thats expected in the South. If there is a problem in the community, management will inform you.
