I only lived in Wellington for one year (August 2004 through July 2005), but after moving out due to a move out of state, I certainly realize what a great place it was. My current apartment make the few issues that I did have at Wellington Point like nothing. All of the staff were always curteous and at least made it seem like they were taking care of the problems right away. I haven't yet seen a more understanding policy when it comes to negative rent issues. The apartments are quite spacious and well-kept (especially the one bedrooms). I think that the quality measures up to the cost.
