i have been living here for almost two years now. at first it was great, didnt have one complaint about it. now, i hate the staff, ok first of all they change management every other month, and the consultans or watever u wanna call them, they are rude. its like they hate their job or something, like they beeing force to work there. now i have an eviction on my record because i ttransfer apartment and they didnt do the whole transfering stuff correctly. they had me living in two apartments like for two months... do yall know wat yall doing''''

This is true, they always have something wrong. For me it's always been a problems with the rental concessions, it's like they can't add or something. They'll tell you your rent is going to be one thing and then try to charge you something else. And a lot of times the office staff is rude or act like they don't care about what you need them to take care of. They need David back, he was about the only one with some sense about customer service.

I agree!! David made the place great. THey messed up with a move-out that I had as well and tried to charge me for things but never walked my apartment. Be careful of their "charges". Ask them for pictures.
